Our Services
Community Access Supports (CAS)
We provide community access that adheres to industry standards and guidelines. We place great value in the creativity of our staff and programs, striving to provide fun and memorable supports, while also being goal-oriented and tailored to each client.
Whether a client’s goals for CAS include getting assistance in a work-place, attending appointments, shopping, or socialising, our staff have the experience and training necessary to ensure that these supports are provided professionally and appropriately.
Group Services
We pride ourselves on our variety of creative groups, most of which are based around and/or out of our North Ipswich Hub. We are currently in the process of developing various groups.
Our current groups include:
-
In this group discussions are facilitate between participants about various life-topics and life difficulties. The goal is to create a safe space where topics, that may otherwise be hard to find a place for day-to-day, can be had amongst peers. Topics covered include: relationships and consent, hygiene and health, friendships, sexual safety, goal setting, and more.
Although these conversations are facilitated and encouraged, the main goal of the group is to provide a safe space for attendees to share their experiences and make new connections. No-one is pressured to share and everyone’s needs are given equal weight.
The women’s group runs every Thursday 9am-1pm. We are currently taking expressions of interest for the men’s group.
-
Running weekly on Fridays, the group’s focus is socialising and gaming in an environment of like-minded individuals, where all levels of ability are catered for. The attendees have access to various games that promote creative thinking, skill building, socialising, and are fun and engaging.
These include: board/card games (e.g. Exploding Kittens, Uno, Pokemon TCG, etc.); table-top role-playing and war games (e.g. Dungeons and Dragons, Warhammer); and console gaming (e.g. PlayStation 5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, arcade console). Additionally, the group engages in various gaming-related outings, including the Supanova convention, arcades, and more.
-
Starting in June, the group is split into 2 sessions. First the group gets together to learn how to move their bodies safely, engaging in various low-intensity exercises to maintain health and fitness levels. In the second session clients and staff work together to plan and cook healthy meals, to help recharge their bodies and minds. In the process, attendees learn about healthy food habits, what our bodies need, and how to prepare/plan meals.
We are currently taking expressions of interest.

Are you an NDIS participant and a mother? If so, our Coffee for Mums group might be right for you.
Many carers struggle with carer burnout and many of us don’t have an avenue or a place to talk and vent about our experiences. The Coffee for Mums group is a place for mums to meet up and talk about shared experiences, discuss the ups and downs of being a parent on the NDIS, and hopefully make some lifelong friends.
We are currently in the final steps of setting up the group and are taking expressions of interest.
Short Term Accommodation (STA)
Our STA services are tailored to each clients’ goals, needs and wants. They can be planned proactively and/or as a recurring service, or reactively, for those times when a client’s situation changes rapidly and requires time away. The itineraries can be as rigid or as flexible as required, and always individualised to each disability, interest, and goal, ensuring that no two experiences are ever the same.
STAs may not be accounted for in your/your family member’s plan, but if you are unsure, we are happy to work with you and/or your support coordinator to figure out what your options are.
